Henkilötietojen käyttötarkoitus	Kerättäviä henkilötietoja käytetään Promentor Web:n käyttöoikeuksien hallintaan, Promentor Web:n edellyttämien yhteydenottojen mahdollistamiseen opintosuoritusten arvosteluun Palvelun käytöstä lokiin kertyviä henkilötietoja käytetään palvelimen ja tietoliikenteen kapasiteetin seurantaan teknisten ongelmien ja väärinkäytösten selvittämiseen
Käsiteltävät henkilötiedot	Seuraavat tiedot noudetaan kotiorganisaatiostasi suostumuksellasi aina, kun kirjaudut palveluun: Nimi, sähköpostiosoite ja kotiorganisaatio
Henkilötietojen säilytysaika	Käyttäjän henkilötietoja säilytetään palvelussa kotiorganisaation asiakassuhteen ajan, kunnes kotiorganisaatiosta toisin pyydetään tai kun 18 kuukautta on kulunut viimeisestä aktiviteetista.
Henkilötietojen suojaamisen periaatteet	Tietoverkossa siirrettäessä henkilötiedot on suojattu SSL-tekniikalla. Henkilötiedoista palvelimelle syntyvä henkilörekisteri on suojattu ylläpitäjän käyttäjätunnuksella ja salasanalla sekä kahdennetulla palomuurilla. Palvelutarjoajan laitetila täyttää Viestintäviraston A-luokan laitetiloille asetetut vaatimukset.
Henkilötietojen säännönmukainen luovuttaminen	Henkilötietoja ei luovuteta kolmansille osapuolille.
Rekisteröidyn tarkistusoikeus	Tarkistaaksesi, mitä henkilötietoja sinusta on kerätty palvelimeen, ota yhteys em. yhteyshenkilöön.
Virheellisten tietojen oikaisu	Ota yhteys kotiorganisaatioosi, jos kotiorganisaatiostasi noudettavissa henkilötiedoissa on virheitä muutoin voit ottaa yhteyttä rekisterin ylläpitäjään.

The purpose of the processing of personal data	Personal data is used for user authorization in Promentor Web making it possible to contact users of Promentor Web management of grading of students Personal data in the log files of the server is used for monitoring the load and capacity of the server and the network working out technical problems and investigating abuse of the service
*Personal data processed*	Following information is fetched from your home organisation on your consent every time you log in to the service: name, mail address and home organisation
*Storage period of personal data*	Users personal data is stored during the home organisations customer relationship, until home organisation asks otherwise or untill 18 months has passed from users last activity.
*Principles of protecting personal data*	In the network SSL technology is used to protect personal data. In the service the personal data file is protected by personal user accounts and authorisation of administrators and with dublicated firewall. The ISP's device space fulfills A-class reguirements set by Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority (Ficora).
Regular transfer of personal data to third parties	Personal data is not transferred to third parties.
